-A little history on the servo belt, the original belt used by RCA was concaved so it would ride on the ball pulley without sliding off. That belt is no longer manufactured. You can purchase a belt the same dimensions as the original belt, (Sizes provided on Tom’s Belt Size Guide) but the belt will be slightly too small. Tom’s solution was to put the belts on a dowel to stretch them out. But I found if you use a more narrow belt it is more flexible and does not need to be stretched out, then you can place plastic washers on the motor shaft to prevent the belt from sliding off the ball gear. Turntable Belt – $(Out of Stock)
-The turntable belt’s only purpose is to get the platter up to speed to that the sync plates can take over and spin the platter with electromagnets. With this said, it rarely if ever needs to be replaced. Typically applying fresh Omni-Lube to the platter shaft will resolve most turntable speed issues, if it does not, then a sync plate adjustment is recommended. Very, very, rarely a belt will be so stretched out that it creates drag and will slow the platter. Much like the stylus, the only way to get a replacement turntable belt, is from a parts player.

Turntable Yolk Screws (Set of 2 Screws) – $1
-The factory yolk screws are a very soft metal and will strip very easily if not removed in the correct fashion. If that happens, you will need a small drill bit and drill out the center of the screw to remove the old screws. Then use these replacements, made from solid steel.
L404 Inductor (Fixes Ghosting Issues) – $2 (Image differs from the one in the machine, but you will receive the correct Inductor.) -This can be installed in either direction.
