Blackhawk Films

So the Blackhawk Films CED discs where prototype discs requested by Blackhawk Films for evaluation. RCA pressed them and sent them to Blackhawk Films who then decided not to continue with production. So the only ones that exist are the ones that were sent to Blackhawk Films and a few extras that were taken home with RCA Employees. John Stevens had some, Jeff Gold had some, and I have seen one in Gene Polinak’s collection. That is all that I am aware of. The titles were as follows.

The titles that John Steven’s showed on his CEDatum website were the images below. I have been told that Phantom of the Opera is an empty caddy, the title was never pressed.

Here are some discs that Eric C. brought to the 2021 Workshop.

That is about the only information I have on the Blackhawk Films. I do not have an image for the film Slapstick. If you have anything you would like to add, please contact me at videodiscjunkie@gmail.com thank you.
